Saffron NOLA is an absolute gem in New Orleans! Every single dish we ordered was not only incredibly delicious but also beautifully presented like a work of art. The absolute standout of the night was the seafood gumbo. It is a must-order! It came loaded with fresh seafood swimming in a thick, rich roux that stays true to its Louisiana roots but surprises you with just a hint of aromatic Indian spices. It’s an brilliant twist on a local classic that you won’t find anywhere else. If you're looking for an exceptional fusion dining experience with top-notch flavors and great ambiance, this is the place to go. We will definitely be back!

There were four of us and it was one of the best meals we have had in a long time. Food was amazing with a nice variety. The Hot Boudin Dip, Gumbo, Short Ribs, Dumplings, and Sweet Potato Gnocchi were all top notch. Best gumbo we had on our trip! Service was excellent and so was dessert. Prices were very reasonable for such a wonderful meal. Get the cotton candy!

Service was amazing; friendly, attentive servers. Unique dishes based on NOLA culinary influences. The special, lamb albondigas - soft, fluffy meatballs that were delicious. Charming setting in an old cotton mill. And, the chocolate dessert was out of this world. Strongly recommend to those who don’t want the usual NOLA food experience, but a creative interpretation.
