Loved Sofia and the Tacherons French Chardonay. Would be worth considering adding some sound muffling ceiling or wall pieces.

Excellent live bad venue with good food, impeccable service. The service is intuitive and we never (or rarely) are looking for our server,,,, they are at our table timely.

They served a special last night it was fried shrimp and it was fantastic! I wish they would put it on their menu permanently; I would order it again and again!

Proof remains our go-to spot for casual dining in North Scottsdale. The ambiance, environment, and viewshed are matchless (e.g., the sun setting over Pinnacle Peak). We miss the old menu, but the prime rib was delicious. Bring back the biscuits! Patrick provided exceptional service to ensure we enjoyed our dining experience. Autumn recognized us as past guests at Proof and kindly stopped by our table to welcome us back. We will certainly be back.
