We’re only a 30-minute drive away, but had never even heard of this place until we spotted someone else’s photo of their roast – and we’re so glad we did! We absolutely love a roast dinner, but often struggle to find anywhere local that beats a good home-cooked Sunday roast. However, this place has definitely changed that! We had the mixed roast and honestly, everything was spot on. The confit potatoes were unreal, all the meats were cooked to perfection and the vegetables were delicious too. We suspect previous issues have been addressed. The food and staff were their usual professional standards and so very pleased everyone were happy making for a rewarding ambience.
