    Bacon wrapped dates were great!! Get the rolls too!! Very different! Everything was good the short rib though had a tad bit of a spice that didn't agree with me. Service was absolutely excellent!!

    I live in the area and would travel here even if I did not. Great food, seasonal changes for both the food and cocktails, a ‘secret’ monthly special Tavern Treat menu… Friendly and attentive staff… and an owner and a head chef that clearly ‘sweat the details’. Best burgers. Best fries. Best fried chicken sandwich. Literally, the only place I’ll get fried fish, tremendous steak tips. I could go on, but I won’t … just go. Try it for yourself.

    We have only had excellent experiences here. Given the perfect weather on Sunday, we sat on the covered bridge to celebrate Father's Day. (This was our third year doing Father's Day here...I guess breakfast bourbon is an official tradition now.)

    Exceptional local restaurant- service was top notch- waitstaff was very friendly and attentive. Pacing of meal comfortable- drinks, meal and dessert- water always filled and waitstaff checked in appropriately. Good variety on the menu and food was excellent. I will definitely return.
