I had completely forgotten how a fancy French restaurant isn’t your run of the mill neighbourhood experience. You have to commit three hours here to experience the gastronomical delights the chef will prepare for you. The food is very enjoyable, but also not simple. You will find many of the servings with a unique palate signature.
