Awesome short ribs and deux tournedos! Had the artichoke strips as an appetizer and it was delicious as well! Servers and all the wait staff were very friendly and helpful. The only disappointment was the valet that was very rude and abrupt with us. Still was a nice dining experience!

Chef Takashi provided an outstanding meal at the Chef's Table at Detroit Foundation Hotel on October 24, 2026. I'm looking forward to his next presentation. My impression is that everyone else also greatly enjoyed the evening. To some the price might seem expensive, but in view of the quality it is a bargain.
