Best Fine Cuts Restaurants in The D Hotel & Casino

My husband and I were shopping at Caesars Palace on a Saturday afternoon and asked a couple of employees where is the best place to have lunch and both recommended Water Grill. We made a 12PM reservation through the website and I mentioned it was our anniversary. When we arrived at the restaurant, we were greeted right away by a friendly hostess and seated at a nice corner table with a "Happy Anniversary" card signed by a few employees and fresh rose petals! It was so thoughtful and sweet. Our waiter was Rufio and he provided exceptional customer service! He was friendly, helpful, and on top of it. For lunch we had the halibut tacos, clam chowder, and Caesar salads. Everything was delicious! Rufio surprised us with an anniversary dessert that was outstanding! Three different warm cookies topped with vanilla ice cream and a seahorse sugar cookie on top of that. It was so tasty and memorable! These efforts for our anniversary really made our lunch special. 10/10, highly recommend!

We came on Tuesday so we could try the Dockside Surf and Turf, which came with the all you can eat salad and soup bar, steak, shrimp, and crab legs. Everything was delicious and fresh! Our wait staff was amazing! We come here often and it’s always been a great experience!

Been 3 times now and the food is always amazing, the ambiance and music is perfect and we will probably go ever time we’re in Vegas, I’m very picky with my steak but I will never hesitate to order one from them. At this point I’ve tried all off the apps and I don’t think a single one fell short. And the cheesecake is possible the best I’ve ever had, I can not recommend it enough to eat here and once again, I look forward to next time.

Our group of 8 ladies thoroughly enjoyed the Happy Hour experience on the beautiful patio amidst tall trees, bubbly water from waterfalls, and green foliage, a nice change from the hot summer weather of Las Vegas.
