Best Filipino Restaurants in Kew East

It was refreshing to find a Filipino restaurant while visiting Melbourne, so I had to try it out! My husband and I did the Tasting Menu w/wine, and it was phenomenal! Each dish was so delicious, well made and presented not only visually, but with thoughtful information from a staff member about the dish. Dishes had flavors that took me back to memories of sharing meals with my family in the Philippines, as well as at home in the US with my dad cooking his favorite Filipino dishes. This dining experience taught me that food is more than just for eating; it's a celebration of culture, family, heritage, and all that binds those things together. Salamat Po to chef and owner, John Rivera and his team for quite a memorable dinner and evening.

Came in with some friends for the chori burger, we really enjoyed them!
