We went on Martini Wednesday and were not disappointed. Great drinks and appetizers and a cool atmosphere.

A Wonderful Saturday Evening at Gemma My wife and I had dinner at Gemma on Saturday, and it was one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in Dallas in a while. From the moment we arrived, the evening felt relaxed and welcoming, the kind of place where you can settle in and enjoy the night without feeling rushed. The food was fantastic. Every dish was thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and full of flavor. You can tell the kitchen takes real pride in what it sends out, and the quality was consistent from start to finish. The service was just as impressive. Our server was attentive without hovering, knowledgeable about the menu, and made great recommendations. Everything was paced perfectly, and the whole team made us feel well cared for throughout the evening. Gemma delivers on every front: excellent food, outstanding service, and a warm atmosphere. Whether you’re planning a date night or a special occasion, I highly recommend it. We’re already looking forward to our next visit.

Another outstanding burger night!! These are our favorite burgers and we love that you get to fix them up the way we want!! It’s just such a wonderful experience. You sit at a long table and we always meet some really neat people. Oh, and don’t skip the beans! Yum!!

We enjoyed the breakfast buffet during our stay here in Texas. The food was fresh and tasty and the service was excellent. A great experience for sure! Hotel food can be quite disappointing and that is not the case here. The omelets are terrific!
