Best European Restaurants in Buffalo Grove

I’m a regular at Gilded Fork, and this place never stops surprising me! Absolutely delicious food, fantastic drinks, and an atmosphere and service that are truly top-notch. I always have a great experience and keep coming back for more. The lunch menu is especially worth checking out – a great variety of options and an incredible deal. For just $25, you get a full meal, including dessert! Highly recommend Gilded Fork to everyone. Definitely one of my favorite spots!

Note I never give five stars. I was pleasantly surprised. I am not a fan of other outlets of CUPitol, but I was impressed by this one. First, the decor was very pleasant and I felt comfortable. Second, the hostess and servers were superb and I enjoyed meeting them at dinner. Third, I liked the food and the food choice. It tended toward a little Greek and I like the cuisine. Prices were OK also. I will come back here soon.

Excellent and patient service for a party of 5. Very good food. A little pricey. And a little noisy for conversation. Will definitely return.

Café Dacha is a true hidden gem! The staff, food, and atmosphere are all absolutely outstanding. Eating here brought back wonderful memories of growing up in Russia—everything was incredibly tasty, authentic, and beautifully selected. The staff couldn’t have been more welcoming, allowing us to truly relax and enjoy our evening without ever feeling rushed. It’s a charming space that works perfectly for an intimate dinner date but can also comfortably accommodate larger gatherings. I highly recommend this restaurant and can't wait to come back next summer to try their outdoor patio!
