Have treated ourselves visiting the Nailers Arms for the second time. Ordered the carvery and found it to be fantastic quality. Staff are very friendly giving excellent customer service. Atmosphere in the pub is good as locals are also friendly.

Having eaten at several other Ivy restaurants, including the original one & the Ivy Asia Oriental, St Paul's, our expectations were high and we were not disappointed at all. The interior is warm and inviting, beautiful art deco theme to create a great ambience. Food and service excellent, as expected. We were not rushed at all, a decent pause between each course. Highly recommend.

Beautifully presented and crafted dishes. Delicious food. Little touches makes it special such as an edible flower or garnish. Service was quick and efficient but then we were the only people in the restaurant at that hour! I appreciate that they didn't bother us coming to ask was everything OK all the time...

This is a beautiful restaurant set in a magnificent building. The food is very nice, we each had a starter and a main course. Everything is well presented and very clean. My son is a diagnosed coeliac and there was a bit of an issue with the gluten free beer being labelled as containing gluten but this was dealt with very quickly and efficiently and it was found to be a fault with the manufacturer, not the restaurant. The manager couldn't have been more helpful and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. We were very grateful for that. We look forward to visiting again.

    Excellent service. There was a bleep, unfortunately, because the wrong main course was delivered, but they fixed it in about seven minutes. Our second visit, and we do like this place a lot

    Honestly you get what you pay for amazing food attentive service an experience that was wonderful! Was my partners 40th birthday! You can add flowers balloons and much more and definitely wasn’t disappointed the flowers was beautiful a card left for her was super cute! Attention to detail in every aspect of the evening! Definitely worth it!

    Food was good, only thing from the food side was chicken tikka and the chicken pakora I prefer breast meat maybe this could be an option on the menu. Only other thing is air con it was a hot day but air con would have helped. Overall great place would really recommend and we will be returning to eat there soon.
