Top Hatter is one of our favorite restaurants. We had a little bit of a snafu when we went once for Valentine’s Day that was a little bit offputting where there was tip added to our check after we’ve already signed and left after several issues with being charged on different receipts. But we gave him another go and did not disappoint. The food was so tasty and the service was lovely and the ambience was top-notch.

I've heard so many good things about this restaurant and it did not disappoint. The setting and ambiance are beautiful. It is a very romantic setting. The staff was gracious and effective. The food was great! It's probably a small thing to many people, but I appreciated the proper glassware for the wine. And I thought it was a very good value, especially for Napa. Normandie definitely goes on my list of places to go in Napa.
