So many tasting menus can just blend together in your memory and you end up walking away from a meal thinking “that was good” but not being able to say exactly what you ate. This absolutely was not the case at Ssal. Everything was a standout without any weak links. The small bites in the beginning, the salad, the fish, quail and kalbi were all delicious.
