Our dinner was so delicious as usual. Our waiter Stefano was amazing . He recommended the. bucatini, it was delish. We also had the octopus, chef makes it great. All four of us had a wonderful meal. Also the wine options by the glass are also great. Thank you again:)

Living in Arlington sometimes you feel the draw to D.C. for something new, flashy, cool, but NOT NECESSARY! Altitude combines all that right here. From the moment we entered and saw the lovely listening area with tons of vinyl, we knew we were in for a treat. The bar has this stunning wooden overhang that provides a picturesque backdrop. And service from the moment we entered, to the moment we left (being the absolute last guests) was impeccable, kind, and attentive. I was cold and asked for adjusted seating and they did it right away with a smile. Despite using our secluded corner for a photoshoot, our waiter Amy was kind and patient, and never far away. The food was delicious! A proper Caesar with FRIED anchovies, delicious in season squash, octopus with the right touch of lime, and a GENEROUS entree size with a lamb shank that fell off the bone and the most delectable saffron risotto. The drinks were also delish (and strong) so perfect. Altogether, we both can't wait to be back and you should be on your way!
