Everyone should be so lucky to have such a welcoming local Italian restaurant that actually serves interesting well constructed dishes

We went to Olio on a Saturday night to celebrate my partner's birthday, and it has left us in excited anticipation for our return. The food was exquisite, rich, filling and I can honestly say in the best way possible, I would not have been able to eat another bite. I would like to express a warm thank you to Leo who was working that evening, both you and the Chef, I do feel bad but I am terrible with names on a good day, let alone one where I left full, smiling and feeling truly welcomed, made the night truly unforgettable. I would recommend letting them assist with your choice of wine to accompany and compliment the meal. The setting was quiet and intimate, with perfect background music to create an ambiance that I feel was unique and complimented the venue perfectly. I can highly recommend this restaurant, and the memory will sit with me as a happy one, with more to come in the future.

Loved our first time at Fabbricca Newtown. We were there early before a movie, great service, good food and a great selection of non alcoholic beverages too. Would love to try their other locations too.
