The overall experience was pleasant although the restaurant was uncrowded being a Monday. It’s a large place so it might be a different ambiance if it were crowded. The service was very good. Everyone was very satisfied with the food. My appetizer of mussels in a kind of light red broth with peppers was particularly delicious. It was competitively priced.

I brought a friend here to celebrate her birthday, and we had an amazing experience from start to finish! I had to make a last-minute change to our reservation, and we also arrived a little late due to parking, but the staff was incredibly understanding and flexible. The food was outstanding! I’ve been to the Norwalk location, and this restaurant absolutely matches that same level of excellence. We ordered a bottle of Nebbiolo, the beet salad and meatballs, and we all enjoyed the mushroom and truffle tagliatelle. Everything was delicious. A special shout-out to Michael and Natalia, who provided excellent service throughout the evening. Their recommendations were spot-on, and we were so glad we took their advice. They made our birthday celebration feel especially welcoming and enjoyable. We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back!

We met friends for dinner and were looking for outdoor seating on a beautiful Friday evening. La Foresta has the largest most beautiful outdoor patio , covered and draped sides. Our meals were delicious. We ordered Brussel sprouts and the fritters for appetizers to share and then the scallops and sea bass for our entrees. I would have preferred my sea bass not breaded but was as described on menu and still delicious. Our service was attentive and very good.
