"Monarch Cafe", is a 'Celebration Experience'.. you will NOT be dissapointed, with: Service, Ambience, and the quality of thier Menu is beyond outstanding.. but you get 'what you pay for'.. Prices are somewhat steep.. but the fellow, that was our 'Server', was an absolute champion!!

My friend took me to The House Brasserie for my birthday. We were seated right by the outdoor fireplace which made for a lovely ambiance. Tommy was our waiter. He was attentive, friendly and efficient. The food was excellent. I had the Salmon and my friend had the Sea Bass. For my birthday, Tommy brought out a chocolate desert with ice cream on top. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend this resturant.

My go to before downtown venues. Great ambiance, service and delicious food. Had a variety of appetizers and all were delicious. I tried the lobster baked potato which was outstanding and the butter cake dessert was amazing!

One of the best restaurant experiences we have ever had and we eat out often. An engaged and wonderful owner, along with some of the best food and service we have ever had. You are treated like family. Will definitely be back! Tremendous place. Thanks Mark!
