The service here was wonderful! Our Server was quick to take our order, get our drinks, and even get our food. The aesthetic was charming and noise was low providing a very intimate environment. Our drinks were amazing and our food was very tasty.

Our server Anne was a delight. Friendly, didn’t rush us. All staff we encountered were incredibly friendly, even if it was just in passing. We dined in the restaurant, but the staff all encouraged us to head up to the bar for a 360 degree view. Decor is a bit dated, but the view is wonderful.

My wife and I came here to celebrate our anniversary and every aspect was perfect. The service was friendly and attentive, and every course was delicious. The cornbread muffins were so soft and buttery without completely crumbling. Our waiter’s recommendations did not miss (my wife had the trout, I had the skirt steak, and both were incredible). And then we capped it off with smooth, silky coffee and a slice of chocolate cake. That’s not to mention the terrific cocktails of an Old Fashioned and their Southern Heart. If you’re looking for a great meal on a nice night out, you can’t do any better.

Unmatched Views and an Incredible Sunset Experience The view is absolutely breathtaking! The Sun Dial is all about the experience of taking in Atlanta from the 72nd floor, and the 360° rotating observation deck makes it truly unique. There really isn’t a bad spot — no matter where you are, you’ll have an incredible view. You can also walk around the deck to find the perfect perspective as the sun sets. One thing to clarify is that the bar and restaurant below do not rotate. It’s the Sun Dial deck and its lounge chairs that rotate a full 360°, taking roughly 40 minutes to make a complete rotation. It’s a really cool way to watch the city change around you while enjoying the sunset. Our server was fantastic — friendly, attentive, and always very quick to bring us drinks or anything else we needed. Service definitely added to the experience. That said, the food and cocktail menus are fairly limited. They have the basics covered with beer, wine, and some good classic cocktails, but if you’re looking for creative or specialty cocktails, you won’t find a huge selection here. The food menu is also pretty small, making this more of a place to grab a quick bite and a drink rather than somewhere I would plan an entire dinner around. This may not be the trendiest rooftop in Atlanta, and the food and drinks aren’t necessarily what make it special. The view is the star of the show. As the tallest rooftop in Atlanta, the panoramic views are simply unmatched. I would absolutely recommend coming here at least once while you’re in Atlanta — especially around sunset. Come for the view, grab a drink, relax, and watch the city transform as the sun goes down. You won’t regret it!

I booked my reservation at lazy Betty expecting wonderful food and service of a Michelin star restaurant. What I found far exceeded any thing I could expect. The elegance and complexity of each dish was astounding. When something was more simple they didn’t try and deliver it with unnecessary drama but instead with a recipe that reminded me of simple home cooking even though it was so much more. Every dish was phenomenal and elevated what was sure to be an already fantastic meal and made it into a stellar one. The truffle risotto and the Alaskan halibut were the two stand outs for me mainly because of the story told with the risotto and the taste of the Alaskan halibut. I had the non-alcoholic pairing and every drink was a perfect match for the dish. And finally Bryan did a fantastic job making the night special with his perfect descriptions of the dishes and all staying on top of service. The general manager has got to be proud of such a stellar crew and a kitchen who has earned their claim to fame
