The food was absolutely delicious - especially the egg plants dish! Impeccable service as well. 100% recommend.

I was impressed by my whole experience. The waitress was super attentive and warm. It really shows she cares for her customers and wants them to served quickly and efficiently. Also, the restaurant was so lovely decorated for Halloween, I really enjoyed looking at the decor! The menu had a lot of vegetarian options, which had generous portions and delicious! They offered free tea at the end of the meal which was a nice touch. The whole vibe was just so nice. I really enjoyed my evening with my friends there. As soon as the waitress found out it was my birthday, she brought out a dessert with a sparkly stick! I highly recommend you stop by! 10/10

I'm a tough critic generally, but my friends and I were unanimous: everything was superb! We ordered about 8 or 9 dishes, and every single one was top-notch: bursting with flavour and creativity, elegant and well-balanced - just perfect. And the originality is really a standout: there's no other restaurant I know in Montreal that's doing what Chou Chou is doing! The service was extremely attentive and proactively helpful, too, with suggestions and even the billing (a bit complicated among 6 people), well above and beyond the usual. And the value for money is excellent! It came to about 130 a person (tax and tip included), including cocktails and wine. A treat, for sure, but worth every penny. I'll be back!
