    This was our first time at Qiao Lin and now I understand why this hot pot restaurant is so popular in spite of the higher price point. The golden chicken broth is delicious; we ordered the spicy broth as well but even though we requested the mildest level of spice, it was still too spicy for us. There is a good selection of ingredients on the à la carte menu. We liked that eel was an option. All of the ingredients we selected tasted fresh and enhanced by cooking in the broth; the fresh noodles were fantastic! Oh, our server was friendly and patient; she was helpful in understanding the menu and identifying suitable ingredients. Looking forward to our next visit!
