I had some pretty high expectations coming into Aloette based on other reviews and it's pedigree. I can easily say that my expectations were met and exceeded. The food was top-notch quality and portions were generous. We started with the Beef Tartare and Grilled Sourdough, which ranks as one of the top ones we have ever had. Our server encouraged sharing dishes which I agree is the best approach. Our "mains" were the Black Truffle Burger and Aloette Fried Chicken. Again, both are a MUST! I was ready to lick the plate clean with no shame involved! The service was Michelin caliber but at a more "down to earth" approach. Very attentive, very informative without being too in your face. A perfect balance in my opinion. Atmosphere was lively but relaxed. I cannot confirm or deny our celebrity sighting as well... Overall, Aloette easily put its place in our memories and I would have no reservations (although you should make one well in advance as seating is limited) to recommend to anyone! Thanks again for a memorable anniversary evening Aloette! PS. Do yourself a favour and have their Old Fashioned...pushing itself into my Top 3!

Words truly cannot describe how incredible our experience was at And/Ore. This was our third visit for my best friend’s birthday and every time Chef Missy steps it up a notch. We enjoyed our evening with Chef Missy, Lou, and Dawson. So many great memories were made. It is so worth the 2 hour drive just for dinner to see this talented staff in action. We look forward to our next adventure there!

We’ve been to Richmond Station on five previous occasions and have always enjoyed it. The food is always excellent, the service is friendly and attentive, and the ambiance is very pleasant and comfortable. We will be coming back again and again.

We went to celebrate my son’s 16th birthday, and I have to admit, I was a little worried about the food. The last time we visited, many years ago, we didn’t feel the food was worth the price we paid. But yesterday, everything was absolutely top-notch! From the delicious food and wonderful atmosphere to the excellent service, everything exceeded our expectations. A special thank-you to our server, Vincent (I hope I’ve spelled your name correctly!). He was incredibly supportive, attentive, and helpful, especially with three hungry teenagers! 😂 He made everything so easy and enjoyable for us, and his kindness truly made a difference. Most importantly, the boys had an unforgettable experience that they’ll remember for years to come. Thank you for making my son’s 16th birthday so special and memorable! ❤️
