Outstanding as usual. Our 3rd time at the Sky High or Jean George and as always, everything was perfect.

We live in NYC. We ate at Bastia in the first weeks after it opened. After years, it remains a special spot for a wonderful, flavorful and well executed meal supported by a strong, professional and friendly service team. The quality and consistency of all aspects stands out. The skate cheeks and ricotta dumplings are mainstays; the wild boar pasta and the pork short rib on the current menu show continued creativity and building on the Sardinian flavors and techniques. Well done.

Our family of four had lunch at a table outside. Service was impeccable and the food and drinks are never a disappointment! The Flying Egg is one of our go-to’s in Bethlehem!

We go there for breakfast or brunch and usually on the weekends, the food is always great, and the service is friendly and warm. It's a place where you cango and get something a little different, and know it's going to be good

Everything was great! Our server was very nice and the atmosphere was awesome but the only complaint I had was we ordered drinks when our server first came to greet us and did not receive them until after we ate our food. I had to stop eating and go to the bar for drinks because we had nothing to wash our food down with. Other than that that everything was great.
