When I found out that Taste of Belgium was partnering with Patrick Bowling (former chef at Le Bar a Beouf), I knew I had to go! It did not disappoint! The Escargots were heavenly, the gougères came out perfect, the poulet rôti was so juicy, and the duck leg confit paired perfectly with the jus and berry compote. However, after asking for the manager, Jem, (I hope I got the name correct) we were given a new server, Nina. Nina and Jem handled the situation perfectly!
