The dishes were all new since the last time and even more exciting and delicious! What makes Amai so special is not just the Mitchelin star style food but the interaction with the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff, that puts them in a class of their own. They are all so passionate about the restaurant it really shines through in the wonderful culture they have created. We are looking forward to returning to Ireland at Christmas to sample the new seasonal tasting menu.
