The restaurants ability to accept a credit card was not working. We did not want to use the ATM as this was our last night in Munich. Niklaus stepped up and agreed to allow us to pay by card at the reception desk at the hotel. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a memorable meal at Irmi. Also it was memorable when our server Ana successfully performed the Heimlich maneuver on another patron sitting right behind us.
