- IIanGoldToronto / Ontario •6 reviews5.0Dined on Sep 18, 2026This was the best restaurant we ate at in the Salzkammergut. It’s a more fine dining atmosphere but with excellent Austrian dishes. We ate here twice during our stay in Bad Ischl. The Zwiebelrostbraten and the Tafelspitz were both excellent!!More info1881 À la Carte Restaurant€€€€• Austrian• Sankt Wolfgang im Salzkammergut•3
- JJohnGreater Boston •1 review5.0Dined on Jul 27, 2026A great restaurant -- everything we had was outstanding from the more traditional (ox soup w/ dumplings) to the more refined. Service was kind and responsive. Some of the junior folks were not 100% comfortable in english -- but we are visiting their country!More infoLandgasthof Batzenhäusl€€€€• Mediterranean• Sankt Gilgen•4.9
