Very inventive and interesting cooking--not a single course seemed to duplicate anything we have had anywhere else. Great choices of ingredients and combinations made every new course exciting. The wine and sake pairings, too, were unexpected and inventive, but very well-conceived. Seating is all together on one big (beautiful) table, and we were fortunate to dine alongside a really charming other couple who were also celebrating their anniversary. I thought the rock music in the background might be turned down a tad, but otherwise, it was a wonderful meal and experience. I was really impressed with the innovative cooking!
