I researched a restaurant for a business meeting and have never been to the area. Was very pleased with the results of the reviews which landed me here. It was classy, but comfortable and fun. Delicious crafty, authentic drinks and appetizers in the dinner. Dishes were superior. Great menu variety and so delicious..

We had a wonderful and delicious meal with Enchiladas and Tacos. The desserts, Churros and Tres Leches, were really delicious. Our server was, Jacob, he was very attentive, helpful, and friendly. We also met the owner, also a very nice gentleman. We will definitely return to Carbon Mexican Eatery.

We were greeted right away and seated they let us know they would be with us soon and they were. Food and drinks were great. They mad their amazing guacamole at our table. We ordered medium but will probably get mild next time. Over all great experience.

One of my favorite spots in Phoenix. The best part is there is no bench seating so people are sitting on top of you as you eat - tables are very well distanced and you get a sense of privacy. The food is absolutely exceptional.
