Great place offering a unique dining experience. Arrived there early with a party of six, two children and four adults. Our first visit, we cooked our own food, the kids really enjoyed the experience. Thank it was a memorable family outing.

Took my girlfriend out for a nice dinner and the server asked if we had any allergies (im soo sorry i forgot his name). My girlfriend is allergic to raw soy, so he took his time and spoke to the chefs and crossed it out and devised a menu that was safe to eat. I ate the ribs. Absolutely to die for. They fell off the bone, melted in your mouth like butter. They didn't skimp out on the cilantro on it either. It had plenty! The Korean fried chicken was crispy and soo juicy. It's spicy, yes, not too crazy. And last the corn crispy rice was fantastic. Similar to the profile of elote but extremely elevated. Prices of the food are a more on the expensive side but the portions, flavor and quality is absolutely worth it. Will definitely come back

I’ve been to (3) GK locations in NYC and aside from Midtown this location is definitely at the top of my list. A friend of mine had mentioned that she did not enjoy this location because she felt rushed. However, given the culture of the cuisine and the small plates, cooking your own food, drinks, etc. It makes sense! I love that the table was constantly being cleared and the food/drinks kept coming. It avoids you becoming overwhelmed with everything on the table and becoming “full” with your eyes. I totally enjoyed the experience all the food was super tasty, and the drinks were great!! I had (4) geisha’s drinks - love them! Loved the layout of the place and everything in between. I’ve experienced a little more “energy” from the staff (i.e host, waitstaff, etc.) but it was a holiday (V Day) , it is an Asian restaurant (culture), so the low, quiet, serene vibes were fine with me! You shouldn’t seek the same experience everywhere you go. Also, the managers? 10/10! The female came to ask me about my experience, and the other male manager made a special request for me on the menu (plain garlic noodles) so tasty. Looking forward to go to the White Plains location as I am a BX resident and all my friends enjoy going there.

Last minute search on open table turned up Virgil's BBQ having booked tickets for &Juliet (Brilliant and highly recommended to all) and I was NOT disappointed. The 20oz T-Bone with mash'n'gravy and the beans was simply perfection. Also the best Old Fashioned I've enjoyed in a long time. Very nice place great food great service defo return venue if I'm ever back in NYC again.

The menu requires 2 BBQ dishes in order to cook at the table. We chose the ribeye and the pork belly. The BBQ ribeye was very good quality with marbling in the meat. The pork belly was good portion with clear layers of fat and meat. The attendant took care of the cooking for us and maneuvered the meat with ease. She cooked the meat to the doneness as requested and offered to trim the fat for us. She also gave us sufficient time to finish one type of meat before cooking the other so we were not rushed. In addition, for a party of 4, we also ordered the ginseng chicken, seafood pancake, bimbimbap and spicy squid. On top of all these dishes, they brought us banchan (Korean side dishes) and refills. Everyone was well-fed and enjoyed the dinner very much.
