Aloha, Chris Kajioka has done it again with a fabulous new restaurant, Leila! A collaboration with his good friend and M*’d chef Mourad from San Francisco. Wow, you start off with 7 salads with bread, we all had a different 2nd and 3rd favorite, yet all agreed we loved the Lebni with trout roe, the second service is an amazing cabbage with fun crunchies in your mouth, my mouth is watering just thinking about it, yummy. Your entree is a choice of lamb, beef or fish. We had the lamb (which was hubbies favorite) and beef which I thought was the bomb! Wonderful Moroccan flavors with an Asian flaire. Thank chef Chris for bringing another fine restaurant to the neighborhood.
