The Filet / Steak was cooked to perfection and the Carrot cake was awesome. The waiter did a great job of getting our food in a timely manner and keeping our glasses full at all times.

Once we got our table, it was an excellent experience. Our server, Sparkle, was awesome and very attentive. Food was great, well prepared, and cooked to order. We eat at several different steak restaurants within a given year, and Saltgrass exceeds our typical experience. Many are overpriced for the quality. Saltgrass is priced appropriately for the high quality they deliver. The only issue we had was upon our arrival. Despite a fairly empty restaurant, there seemed to be confusion within the staff, and it took much longer than necessary to be seated at our table.
