First time eating there. Didn't know Wednesdays were half off appetizers, so that was a nice bonus. We got the coconut shrimp, which were very good. Hibachi dinners were also very good & came with alot of food. We were glad we could get the hibachi in the lounge/bar room so we didn't have to sit at the chef's grill with other people. Our waitress was fantastic! Super nice!

We chose to dine in the enclosed patio area. Alana was our server and did a great job from start to finish. We, meaning me, eat quickly. I appreciate when I get the check and can close out our tab and not have to wait and undo length of time. Alana prepared everything using a combination of reward cards, gift card, and American Express. We highly recommend the avocado egg rolls, Pad Thai chicken and the chicken stirfry. I managed to capture one photo of the egg rolls, but we dove right into the entrées before I realized I missed the opportunity to take a couple of pics.

We were so impressed by the high quality Sushi @ Detroit Sushi! I am Japanese and our family has lived in Japan with me for a few years, and we were all very happy with the delicious Omakase meals that we received from Chef Shinya! Very friendly and a great environment for any occasion! I have two small boys and they weren't quiet but the restaurant staffs were so sweet to my boys. We will go back there very soon, and now we don't need to drive up to Novi to get Sushi.
