We love Mexican food and drinks and Mezcal did not disappoint. We started with the premium margarita which was excellent and came in a pretty big margarita glass, garnished with a beautiful flower. We each ordered the Mezcal soup and it was very tasty. I had the birria tacos. Best I’ve ever had. Spicy, crunchy and full of melted cheese and tender beef. The consommé was so good that we put it on everything. Husband had the trio fajitas and they did not skimp on meat or flavor. Our waitress was very engaging and helpful with recommendations. She really seemed to love working at Mezcal. It wasn’t super crowded at 6:30. We had a reservation and we were taken to our seats right away. We were brought waters immediately and then our waitress showed up to take our drink orders and ask if we had any questions. Service was excellent. The restaurant was really pretty, too. We had a wonderful time here and I can’t say enough nice things. I hope it stays on Open Table so we can keep coming back!
