We were looking for good sushi and this popped out at us as a spot to try. The restaurant was vibrant and clean and the staff were great. We were seated upstairs overlooking the dining room. The speaker was right above us so it was a little loud but we were fine. We ordered a few courses and it was perfect. Highlights were the seaweed salad, the shrimp and pork dumplings and the Bruce Lee roll. The lemon Crème Brûlée with white chocolate crumbles and blueberry juniper sorbet finished a wonderful night. The server was great although he was given too many tables at a few points and we lost touch. We were not in a hurry so it was not a huge deal. Overall I would recommend.
The" taste of omakase " option is a brilliant introduction to equally brilliant nigiri. Our omakase items were amazing in taste and texture.
Chef Dewey and staff went out of their way to make our introduction to this restaurant most memorable, enjoyable, and delicious.
We can't wait to go back.
