This was a first visit to celebrate a birthday. We were there at opening time on a Saturday at 11 am. It was clean and the staff was eager to accommodate. The food was simply ok and nothing beyond our expectations. I ordered the green tomatoes that were mushy under the crust. My salad has battered shrimps that lacked and seasoning. My friends seem to have enjoyed the shrimp and grits along with the crab cakes. It’s worth a return visit. Maybe on a sunny day because the patio is most inviting.

The entire experience was superb. The only issue was the crab dip...it did not taste fresh. However tge issue was rectified with another shareable that was delicious.

This is our go-to restaurant for celebratory meals. The service is terrific, the live music is fantastic, and the speak-easy vibe is divine. We love 18th and 21st. Shelly was a lovely server last night. She made our 50th 1st date anniversary extra special.
