Jacoby's is one of our go-to spots in East Austin, especially because of how dog-friendly they are! Their outdoor patio is perfect for my senior dog—cool and comfortable, which is why it's one of our favorites in the neighborhood. We recently used my OpenTable rewards for dinner, and it was a total delight. We ordered the chicken fried steak, ribeye, a cosmo, and an old-fashioned. Dinner was delicious, and the service from Amanda was top-notch. Don’t miss their Happy Hour on Wednesdays and Thursdays—we’ll be back soon!

Our server Monte was simply amazing. Expertly professional, attentive, personable, and knowledgeable. As comfortable explaining some semi complicated menu questions as he was just having a real conversation with us. The food was excellent, lovely atmosphere. My wife and I have already decided to book a weekend for our next anniversary and visit acre 41 likely each evening.

If there was a restaurant that encapsulated the best of Austin, including food, service, cocktails, ambiance, and just that splash of weirdness, this is it. Space Cowboy is a regular spot for me, and it is a must-hit if anyone is in town visiting. The food is outstanding (I could live off Space Balls), and the concept is one of the most fun things in this city. There is nothing bad on the menu (either food or drink), and the ability to share a meal while bots like Dave, Stuart, and Bob ensure that you're taken care of is perfect. So stop reading, hit that "reserve button," and find your new favorite spot.

Josephine House is a must for anyone new to Austin or even if you’ve been here for years like me. I love the experience every single time, from the service to the incredible food. Today I tried a pumpkin muffin and I usually hate pumpkin. But it was hands-down, the best pumpkin muffin I’ve ever had. I will say parking is always a bit of a challenge. There is a small lot with three or four spaces, but parking on the street is encouraged by the restaurant. Just be respectful of the neighbors and don’t block anyone’s driveway. And do not park in the fresh plus lot. A friend was towed from there previously, so be warned.
