A great find at AC restaurant week. I picked the chef's Italy Valle D'Aosta.
I had never had chicken so flavorful in my life - had lots of herbs and a fontina cheese along with black risotto which blew me away . Like fireworks in my mouth so many flavors to enjoy. The app was a grilled peppers and the waiter told me to try the raspberry tartlet for the 3rd course. Everything was perfect. Waiter "Jose" was a joy to deal with and helped with the selections. Nice man who moonlights as a teacher during the day. He made the meal ! I remember this being one of the best known gourmet rooms when this hotel was a casino. Can't wait to return and try more new things at the Twenties in the Claridge hotel.
