dear restaurant manager, I am writing this to complaint about the restaurant and the experience I had. I ordered food that looked great on the picture on the menu. and when I had the food it looked so different the one I saw on the menu. Also the food was so cold and I was not able to eat it. The food looked like it has been cooked couple hours before I ordered it. I am writing this letter to inform you about the bad experience I had at the restaurant and I hope you accept this letter and make things better next time..

There were crying kids which hindered the experience. You should put small kids in a separate area because some of us left our kids for the overall experience

Very bad service. At the beginng waiter asked about my allergies - nuts and oranges. Unfortunately they didn’t take it into consideration and I received dishes with allergens.

Coya Dubai is a splendid place for lunch or dinner as I did twice during my stay in Dubai. Beautiful ambience and the service is incredible. The friendliness of its waiters. In all, I hope to be back again the next time that I’m in Dubai.

We had very warm hello from the ladies at the front door . Our meal was beautifully presented and tasted sublime . We were served at the table by a really pleasant young man with curly hair and smiling eyes …. Who as it was our 10 yr anniversary brought us out a surprise profiterole desert . I’d highly recommend a visit.. the whole experience was just wonderful.

I have been previously to Coya but this time the experience was bad. The lady who took the order was rude and charged me for something I didn’t order and picked it up from my table too. So I paid for something I didn’t order or eat!!

One of the best restaurant with the best service in dubai! Proffesional from start to end. The food was surprising amazing thanx to our 10 stars waiter name Hans who convince us with spacial charm to let go and let him choose the dishes for us. We'll be back!

The service, the food and the ambiance are all top notch in this restaurant. They have created this cozy place with lovely food, and I can only recommend coming here! The only tiny tiny point was that I don’t think the server heard my questions on the food 😊 because of the loud music, but it didn’t make the restaurant less fantastic. Highly recommended!

Tolles Ambiente, tolle Stimmung dazu hervorragendes Essen. Wir hatte einen besonderen Abend hier und würden wiederkommen. Das Licht ist etwas zu dunkel im Restaurant, und die Musik viel zu laut in der Bar, das sind aber die einzigen Punkte über die man streiten kann. Vielen Dank

Most disappointing. Having had one of the best lunches ever a couple years ago at Coya was looking forward to this but ended up still hungry and very disappointed. OK it's a promotion week but why can't you do adequate portions? The salmon for mains was dry, the chicken starter was dry. There were 2 of us and neither of us felt we'd had enough to eat when we left. I'd also 'have a go' about the fact you don't serve local water, haven't we been through this in Dubai enough times - obviously not. We shouldn't have to pay for water, or if we do there are enough decent local waters now to bring the cost down. The glass of wine was lovely - it wasn't in the deal! So the food was a big disappointment and you've shattered my illusion of Coya.
