Waiters were in hurry all the time and bring us main course before starter. Also waiter did not remember what we ordered. There are a lot of staff but they are making traffic in restaurant and not helpful and friendly, they are constantly in rush what does not give u chance to enjoy and relax. Also, they did not give us a proper table as we booked it through Open table. They told us that is always better if we reserve directly by calling them. Otherwise we will receive a bad table, as this was a case. After all our complaints they moved us the last 30min to the proper table, what was around midnight. In that ambient they should make us to enjoy not to feel as we are in fast food. I hope that this feedback will help to improve their services, as hotel such as Four Seasons deserves it. Thanks
Great dining experience. The food is excellent, Peruvian at its best. Nice vibe with Dj playing. Service efficient, food brought on time at the correct pace. Not to miss !!
Service in general was great and Hans in particular was very helpful. Food quantity was just enough and satisfying. Ambience was very pleasant.
Très belle deco.
Mets délicieux et originaux bien sûr
Great place perfect service but portions are really tiny for the price
Everyone was warm and welcoming from valet to host.
Fantastic meal, the Mayfair restaurant is our favourite so thought we would try Dubai, didn’t disappoint
There was one hour delay of providing us table
Food was great
Service was not bad but drinks took a while
Waiting for the table was disgustingly long (reservation was at 10;30 and we sat at 11;30)
Restaurant should be more careful when it comes to allergies. I told the waiter at the beginning of the meal that I have a nut allergy. During dessert, however, I encountered an allergic reaction.
Please be more careful with allergies!!
Service could be better. We informed the staff that we are new to cuisine and he did try to offer his suggestions accordingly but if we compare our experience to nobu where there was also a first time, Coya doesn’t match up.
Great food and service! Nice live music
The food is good but it’s not even close to what I had in London the taste is totally different if you want to try the real Peruvian taste try the one in London
Excellent as usual
Good food and service
Not as expected!
Good location , creative menu. We liked it
Took a while to get seated. Noise level was high but the food was phenomenal
I was great overall but I had to keep calling for the servers .
Usually in other restaurants they come to check if we need something or not instead of calling them when there was not a lot of customers so there is no reason of being busy.
Great food, awesome service and the only real Peruvian restaurant in all of Dubai!
I’ve booked my preferred table many days in advance, yet I was given a table at the lounge since I requested a table in smoking area. They took me for a fool and sent me to the boring dull lounge instead of the main dining area! I was there for exactly 45 minutes then left and spent the rest of the night somewhere else where they appreciate their customers. The food was delicious to be honest but the service was poor. I asked the receptionist to explain what happened and who gets the priority of seating, and she said I had to book the earliest time which is 7 pm to get the table I want! Not going back for sure.
Everything was good and it a nice evening.
The view from the table on the Skyline was fantastic.
I really liked the food and the location. Martin, one of staff, was very professional, he explained the dishes and recommended the best ones!
Food is too expensive for the amount served
There was trouble getting the smoking section table we waited an hour to receive a table with preference given to members.
Lovely place , food is delicious and the atmosphere is very nice, really I like it and is must in Dubai
Nice please and the waiter gave good advices. Came a bit too early to really enjoy the vibe. Next time I’ll book for 21 or 22:00.
Service is bad food not delicious
Really had fun
I really don’t care how popular Coya is anymore. To charge 800 dirhams for a serving of ceviche and 40 grams of cod with a glass of house wine is a complete rip off. There is no value for money and insinuating to customers that you can only have a table for two hours means you want to turn your tables over and make money. Ultimately Coya couldn’t care less about quality over cost. I’m never coming back. I would rather have a five star dinner with an entree, two mains, a dessert and sake at Zuma and be a repeat customer because quality comes above price.
Exceptional service from the moment you walk up to the entrance doors, food choice and taste was better than expected. Excellent atmosphere, not too loud and crowded yet had a fantastic vibe.
The waiter was really good and expert to deal with customers, he recommended to us the dishes and know exactly his job
Although we book a “ table “ but they asked us to set at the food bar facing the kitchen and they said in your reservation you didn’t mention that you want a table !! Seriously!!!!!! When we refused to set there and told the manager we either get a proper table or we are leaving ! They said ok just wait few minutes to prepare your table :) didn’t like the reception service at all
Brilliant food and service. Great cocktails and bar area. A class act.
Fantastic service and great food. Will be back again for sure to try the other food options.
Food was delicious,
The Food and Service were fantastic, and the noise level was perfect combination of ambient music and conversationally comfortable.
The seats were a bit too close together, however, and it was FAR too easy to feel crammed into the next tables' conversations (or be overheard.)
