    Loved the ambience of this location but everything else was spotty. I always get the same item when I visit Cooper’s hawk. The over the border eggrolls. At this location they were different though. Different texture, smaller and not as tasty as they are from the other locations. The hostess who sat us were obviously distracted and not as attentive when we asked for a booth multiple times. The server was great though!

    This is one of our favorite spots to dine when we are in the area. We were disappointed in our recent experience. We had a reservation and waited more than 20 minutes for our table. Once seated, the wait staff service was very good and attentive. However we waited a long time for our food and the quality was not as good as previous visits. My burger was dry and overcooked. The toppings were bare. My guest”s sandwich did not have avocado as described. The wait staff did bring some upon request. The side fruit salad was very small—2 small pineapple chunks, a grape, a sliver of strawberry, and a blackberry. I know restaurants still may have staffing issues but it should not affect the quality of the food. I hope our next visit is better.

    Food was amazing. We have been traveling for 2 weeks up the east coast from New Orleans and this was the best food that we have had. We had mainly appetizers and they were all delicious, wish we were staying in Richmond so we could go back again! Tuna Tartare a MUST! Service great too! Cam did a great job.

    Meal was delicious. Service was outstanding. Really enjoyed our wine tasting after dinner. Employee was on his second day, but had an amazing knowledge of wine!

    Excellent experience after having had a poor experience a few weeks ago. They are redeemed themselves. Food was great, our waitress was excellent, pleasant and helpful. The outside patio could be a bit cleaner though.

    We had a very nice dinner at Cooper’s Hawk. The food was delicious as always. As an added bonus, we had a very nice water. Lain was polite, attentive, and very pleasant.

    On the covered patio, a quiet setting with the view of the water feature . The food was delicious , & the waitress scribed the order perfectly so that a different cheese & dressing was substituted for the types described on the menu. Both the bisque & Coffee were served hot . Will definitely make reservations again !

    I’ve been to Cooper’s Hawk in Virginia Beach, Virginia, and the food and atmosphere was 100% different. The food here was horrible. I hope they pay attention to that because if you’re not a big wine drinker then the food matters and I would probably not go back to that location . The manager was gracious enough to take back a few meals, but I typically do not like to return food, but in this case it was just that bad.

    We told them we needed to get to the comedy show by a certain time and they all when out of their way to make sure we did without cutting corners, service, or quality. First of many visits to this restaurant.

    OMG...I was amazed at all the different wine options they have here. Far best is the Rhubard wine, so tasty and refreshing.

    An absolutely beautiful birthday dinner! The lemon 🍋 chicken piccata was incredible and the bisque as a starter was divine. Beautiful wines and an energetic atmosphere axe this somewhere we will without a doubt be returning to!

    Service/wait staff great! After 2 attempts to serve a prime filet steak "rare", it was served the 2nd time medium well!! Very poor. Server and manager did attempt to compensate for this.

    We have been a number times but it seem like this past time we were forgotten about twice took forever just to get wine or a beer. It was a reservation for my anniversary. We just got an appetizer and left.

    If you haven't tried Cooper's Hawk you are missing out. They were amazing to us for Mother's Day and our 30th anniversary on May 14th. Our server Tonya was amazing. Food was out of this world. Best experience I have ever had in any restaurant. If you don't like Brussel sprouts you will by the time you leave here. They are so amazing.

    As it was Mother's day it was busy. Service was exceptionally slow. Had to reach out to a Manager after sitting at a table for 15 plus minutes without being helped. Manager worked to fix the situation which was appreciated but waitress who tended to us still was slow to respond.

    Server busy and absent for quite a bit of times. Not the usual service, Food was ok. Just because it’s Mother’s Day or any holiday and you’re extremely busy, that doesn’t mean your quality level and service level drops. Your prices sure didn’t drop.

    reservations at 1:30, seated at 1:45, waited 30 minutes before we got a servers attention, she was not our server but she did put our drink order in, another 30 minutes before our server brought our drinks, then we ordered our food, had to ask twice for a box and bill, our worst service ever here

    Mother’s Day celebration for my wife who works on Sunday. Our table was ready late, but the staff was very helpful and apologetic. Floor manager stopped by to check on us too. Food was excellent and our server brought out truffles for the Mom at our table. Good experience, bit pricey.
