Fashioned after the widely popular coffee café restaurants of Melbourne, The Collins Quarter brings a taste of Australia and the Pacific Rim to Savannah.

By day, The Collins Quarter is a bustling and vibrant café, serving an all day brunch menu and delicious beverages. By night, the café transforms into a candle lit restaurant. Inspired by the rich culinary diversity of Australia, both the daytime and nighttime menus are supported by the freshest produce, interesting meats and delectable seafood; all innovatively assembled by excellent chefs.

The Café offers espresso drinks in all its machinations. A custom La Marzocco machine provides the horsepower for the espresso beverages and cold filtered coffee is courtesy of a handmade Coffee brewer from Korea. Drip coffee drinkers and espresso fanatics alike are sure to be satisfied by the extensive coffee menu.

This was our first time here as we were traveling through Savannah & our dinner was delicious, including Devils on Horseback, a shrimp & noodle starter, an incredibly moist roasted & flash fried chicken & the salmon special. We topped it off by sharing a generous slice of Italian lemon cream cake that was light & perfectly balanced between tart & sweet. The ambiance was romantic, lighting-wise, though the noise level was high, at least during peak time, when the restaurant was full. Our server Kendrick was busy with diners inside & out but was efficient & friendly. The other wait & serve staff seemed equally busy & happy. There was an issue with patrons seated next to us, who eventually left, & though we had said nothing, the manager had kept an eye on the situation & apologized while delivering two glasses of complimentary champagne. Collins Quarter also serves breakfast & lunch, which we will try on a future trip. When you go, be sure to check out a piece of the oldest wall in Savannah.

Everything was incredible. The entrees and appetizer were in the top 3 meals I’ve ever had. It’s a little pricy, but for what you get, absolutely deserving and lives up to the price point. Ambiance as well. Would definitely recommend for a more formal date night.

Amazing food with unique flavors. Scallop appetizer and the bacon wrapped dates were both excellent. Had the skirt steak, which was flavorful but a little tough. Very interesting cocktails too. Previously had brunch here, which too was awesome. Highly recommend.

Other than the Parmesan Truffle Fries, the food was just okay. The service was good and ambience was nice. Prices were outrageous. I get it savannah is expensive, but this was overpriced for sure.

We have been to Collins Quarter several times over the years but had not been recently because it always seemed so crowded with a wait. We went on the earlier side and it was actually a very different experience than I remembered. Great ambience, delicious cocktails, and nice sized portions of what has always been great food. Will certainly be back again soon. Very impressed with the excellent service and a much nicer experience overall than I expected. Shame on me for waiting so long to go back.

Excellent food and service. Brought friends visiting from northeast and they loved it. Everything we ordered was delicious. Standouts were the pork belly app, short rib, salmon and sweet potato cheesecake. Thank you for such a great evening.

Girls’ weekend and we selected Collins Quarter based on reviews and the menu. It did not disappoint! The beef tartare tostada was excellent and different from any other beef tartare we’d ever had. The skirt steak special was cooked perfectly and paired with an ideal Sonoma Pinot noir. The location is also great because it’s a bit quieter than the busier streets of downtown, yet still offers the quintessential Savannah experience.

I can’t speak to noise level because we ate outside but oh wow, was everything wonderful. Our server was knowledgeable and helpful, the cocktails were delicious, the bartender’s rose was lovely, and the half fried chicken was some of the best fried chicken I’ve ever eaten. Highly recommend this place.

On vacation in Savannah. First impression wasn’t spectacular as their wine by the glass selection was limited and both the pinot noir and the Sauvignon Blanc we asked for were not available. The Malbec and Pinot Gris that we chose were good, though. My husband made a meal of Small plates, including a salad, the sautéed mushroom side dish and the pork belly appetizer. He liked all of these choices. I had the star of the evening- the short rib entree. It was delicious!

Our birthday dinner for four was disappointing. We were seated quickly at a quiet outdoor table, but no one came to give us water or take our orders. We finally had to get up and ask for a waiter to come by. The manager apologized and later came by with four free glasses of wine which was a nice gesture. But, throughout the meal the service was slow. The food was good but not great, and there was no acknowledgement of our birthday celebration.
