- BHBrienHDenver / Colorado •3 reviews5.0Dined on Nov 12, 2023Wow! We were greeted by a very friendly hostess and sat by ourselves away from other busy tables. Our server was incredibly polite and knowledgeable about the menu. Started with chips and queso, the green salsa was the best. We both had the bison short rib birria tacos. The meat was tender and succulent, and the other toppings each helped to complement the overall flavor. Delicious. Some of the tastiest tacos we have ever had. But the highlight of the experience was the Kucu’s signature silver Margaritas. The smoothest, cleanest, most decadent margarita we have ever had. These are a whole new standard. We are excited to return.More infoKucu - Hotel Indigo SilverthornePrice: Expensive• Southwest• Dillon•3.9
