Started at the bar for drinks. Service was great and offered plenty of recommendations. Did oysters, crab salad, clam chowder, scallops, and steak salad. Scallops were cooked perfectly! Everything was very tasty! Would definitely go again.

Brunch was the poorest that I have had at Clydes over many years. Simple eggs Benedict had a muffin that was impossible to cut even with a steak knife. Canadian bacon was so thin all for $20. Not good at all and far below our experience with Clydes in the past

Four of us went there on Thanksgiving evening. We all ordered the special Thanksgiving turkey dinner. It was excellent. The quality was very good, the portion very generous and the wait staff was attentive. We will definitely consider it again on a special occasion as well as on regular evenings.

My husband enjoyed his meal which was ordered off the regular menu, but I ordered off the Thanksgiving menu and the entire meal was ice cold. I'm sure they would have had an opportunity to rectify that if our waiter had ever actually checked on us to see if the food was good. He didn't actually do that until he brought the check. I think this would have been a totally different experience with a better server.

Clyde’s is a Georgetown gem. We had oysters followed by a variety of dishes All four of our guests were thrilled. I had the steak salad and loved it. Friendly and attentive service. Not too noisy. Highly recommended!

The food is always good!! The service this time was terrible to say the least. We were charged very $100 more, the server gave us someone else’s credit card, took 20 min to find ours and we never got a “sorry for the inconvenience” from him.

The croque madame was dry around the edges but amazing once past that. Also, does Clyde’s really need a Recovery Fee tacked on to the bill?! Covid has gone and past and even during Covid, we always had to book a reservation ahead of time to get a table. This just seems to be an excuse to obtain more income. In addition, they stopped serving free of charge coffee cake during Sunday brunch. Though the service has always been stellar.

A gem in Georgetown! Didn’t expect such vibrant vibes, excellent home made foods and great service by Jenna! They own a few other restaurants in the area and tomorrow will be visiting a historical designated site “old ebbit near the White House

We have always enjoyed Clyde's at all locations but this time was really not great. Mostly it was the waiter and that is so surprising since the wait staff used to have to go through some pretty rigorous training. He really had no clue how to sell food.

Always love Clyde’s. Was a 7 hour drive for us from CT but we always look forward to Clyde’s being our dinner at the end of it! Love the veggie options particularly the sweet potato grain bowl!

I’ve been a patron of Clyde’s since they opened. I’ve always felt that the food was consistently good and a good value. I was part of a party of four for Sunday brunch. I ordered the eggs Benedict. They came out luke warm on a sliced Bay English muffin that wasn’t even close to a Thomas English muffin. It was barely toasted. There was very little Hollandaise sauce. It was certainly a disappointment and I spoke to the acting manager and voiced my concerns. This is not my expectation of Clyde’s and I visit Tower Oak and the Old Ebbit Grill. I expect more from this restaurant.

The hosts were pleasant and able to seat us right on time. All of our food items were delicious. The lobster was fresh and boiled to perfection! Our male server was outstanding! He was an absolute delight, and the other staff serving the dishes were also great!

Waitstaff was great (Thanks Flavio!) and food was fantastic! Evening marred only by noise level being too high. Maybe put parties over 6 in a room where noise doesn’t overtake the ambience. Will certainly return to this great spot in Georgetown!
