   Over priced barely Italian food. You can get much better and real Italian food almost anywhere for a much friendlier price. The price did not match the value. The pizza dough is not Neapolitan nor is it Roman, so what is this pizza? Extremely greasy Cacio e Pepe, horrible taste, gave me a heart burn for the rest of the night. The only think I liked is the exceptionally friendly waitress from Morocco.

   Yesterday I went for a lunch with my friend and I asked for a trifle pasta. The waiter said that they don’t have it on the menu, but they can just add a trifle on any other pasta. I agreed on that. Then, first of all - nobody ask me which kind of trifle I want white or black, second of all they didn’t even mention about the price or how many grams of trifle they will add. Even when they brought trifle, I haven’t seen any scale. The food was delicious, obviously, but it ended up that we paid for the trifle more than for the entire lunch, and we didn’t even know how they counted it , because as I mentioned, I haven’t seen any scale. Disappointing.

    Food was delicious as always. Very expensive for what we had - but that’s Dubai for you! The staff were too attentive, every time I put my fork down they were there to the point I couldn’t even have a private conversation with my husband as it was interrupted constantly!!! Back off and give your customers some breathing space!!!

    The service was amazing. We have ordered beef carpaccio and tuna tartare. Carpaccio was one of the best I have ever tried. Tuna tartare was decent, nothing special. In addition to that we have ordered four cheese pizza, was good! Two pasta, one with some pepper, another with bacon. Bacon one was better because it was not al dente. For dessert I ordered their famous biscuit cake, but I didn’t like it at all, but it is my personal opinion. Cocktail prices are overpriced too much. Overall, it was good experience, but not the place where I would like to come back

    I visited Cipriani for the first time at Abu Dhabi YAS island and I liked it there so much, but I do not recommend Cipriani Dubai DIFC . Service, food quality, serving and staff in Abu Dhabi are so much better compared to Dubai DIFC. I will Visit Cipriani definitely, BUT in Abu Dhabi YAS Island. Thank you.

    Food was good, waiters were all very attentive and professional. The manager who greeted us - a seemingly Italian temper over mid-age man - was pretty rude though which ruined our dinner from the start.

    Service was poor and delayed The wine was cost 2700 AED and it was served in the end of the dinner so we couldn't enjoy it Food is not good as food in Italy not even close for a restaurant that aims to serve Italian food. Would not recommend!

    Lots of new staff. Courteous, but very pushy to get you to eat "fast". I like to enjoy eating my food. There is a tendency to remove the plate before the last forkful of food is in the mouth. That is either " over enthusiasm" on behalf of the staff, or specific training from management. Either way it needs to be moderated. Let your customers enjoy what they are eating. Either way, it needs to be moderated.

    Extremely noisy drunk guests close to our place the service has done nothing about. Sunken cigarette smoke smell everywhere. The food was great, though. I won't go here again, unfortunately.

    Overall this restaurant was outstanding, service was impeccable- I literally cannot fault it at all, waiters were always so attentive and more than willing to help in any way. The food was amazing and overall the ambiance was lovely, calming but not too quiet. I would highly recommend visiting and will most definitely be coming back!
