   Ladies and Gentlemen, I wanted to let you know that my friends and I had dinner at your place yesterday and I have to say the service was chatastrophic. First of all, the spaghetti were not cooked through and when I pointed this out to the waiter, he put the spaghetti that we had on the plate in a bowl and cooked them again. so all the sauce was boiled away afterwards. after that we wanted to have the famous meringue cake. but the service brought us two cheesecakes. I pointed this out to him, but he refused to exchange it, even though it was his fault. for the fact that we paid €500 for the meal, I think it's a shame that we were treated so badly. This event from yesterday made me very, very angry and sad!

   Franchement très décevant. Nous n’obtenons une réservation qu’à partir de 23:15 pour une cuisine qui ferme à 23:45. Le serveur reste à 1 mètre de la table toute la soirée et se mêle presque de toutes nos conversations. Il pousse à ce que tout aille très tres vite. Allez au Mc Donald aurait été moins stressant et plus intime. Vraiment a ne pas refaire.

   The food was nothing special, I have visited countless Italian restaurants with better food. The staff was courteous and friendly but kept forgetting to bring the things we requested (another glass of wine etc). There was also constant cigarette smoke as some people smoked in the bar - something that I really thought was a thing from a disgusting past. The price was overall way too expensive compared to the whole experience. I would not recommend this place, there are countless better restaurants in Dubai.

    Yesterday i went with my boyfriend to have lunch and this was the experience: Since the moment we walked into the restaurant we felt that we were being judge at all times, from the gent that sat us down in the table to the waiters taking the order and saying with a sarcastic tone: "if that's what you want...", when we acknowledge that we were going for business lunch. We were approached by 5 different people and all of them didn't show at any time a single sign of sympathy, all the opposite, they were extremely arrogant, rude and they rushed us throughout the meal having in the restaurant 5 tables max! Not to talk about the quality of service it self: at all times close body positions, non attention to detail, when putting the MEP of next course they were, probably on purpose, putting the plate in my face almost hitting me, we were not asked for allergies or dietary restrictions etc.; so i do not really understand why they had behaved in such a poor and unprofessional manner when the BASICS of hospitality it is evidently not mastered. It is a big disappointment to see and experience what that company with such reputation in the industry in Dubai has become. This was not my first time dining in Cipriani Dubai but certainly the last.

    Over priced barely Italian food. You can get much better and real Italian food almost anywhere for a much friendlier price. The price did not match the value. The pizza dough is not Neapolitan nor is it Roman, so what is this pizza? Extremely greasy Cacio e Pepe, horrible taste, gave me a heart burn for the rest of the night. The only think I liked is the exceptionally friendly waitress from Morocco.

    Yesterday I went for a lunch with my friend and I asked for a trifle pasta. The waiter said that they don’t have it on the menu, but they can just add a trifle on any other pasta. I agreed on that. Then, first of all - nobody ask me which kind of trifle I want white or black, second of all they didn’t even mention about the price or how many grams of trifle they will add. Even when they brought trifle, I haven’t seen any scale. The food was delicious, obviously, but it ended up that we paid for the trifle more than for the entire lunch, and we didn’t even know how they counted it , because as I mentioned, I haven’t seen any scale.     Food was delicious as always. Very expensive for what we had - but that’s Dubai for you! The staff were too attentive, every time I put my fork down they were there to the point I couldn’t even have a private conversation with my husband as it was interrupted constantly!!!     The service was amazing. We have ordered beef carpaccio and tuna tartare. Carpaccio was one of the best I have ever tried. Tuna tartare was decent, nothing special. In addition to that we have ordered four cheese pizza, was good! Two pasta, one with some pepper, another with bacon. Bacon one was better because it was not al dente. For dessert I ordered their famous biscuit cake, but I didn’t like it at all, but it is my personal opinion. Cocktail prices are overpriced too much. Overall, it was good experience, but not the place where I would like to come back

    I visited Cipriani for the first time at Abu Dhabi YAS island and I liked it there so much, but I do not recommend Cipriani Dubai DIFC . Service, food quality, serving and staff in Abu Dhabi are so much better compared to Dubai DIFC. I will Visit Cipriani definitely, BUT in Abu Dhabi YAS Island. Thank you.

    Service was poor and delayed The wine was cost 2700 AED and it was served in the end of the dinner so we couldn't enjoy it Food is not good as food in Italy not even close for a restaurant that aims to serve Italian food. Would not recommend!
