Starters were excellent. However the seafood pasta was undercooked and the veal Milanese was lacking in taste. Service was polished and the servers had have excellent attention to detail.

CIPRIANI DIFC is totally amazing - one dines with Cindy Naiomi and Eva looking at one - the food - the service and the whole experience is Devine - it’s Italian the best Italian ever but there is king crab to die for and salads and the ice cream is the best ever……

The restaurant is fantastic , the food is gorgeous and the service is outstanding The only thing is that the wine prices are somewhat exaggerated even comparing to other restaurants in Dubai .. you can’t find a bottle of red below 200 usd .. but in general the people, the waiters , the management - well done !

As a regular customer of Cipriani, this was the first time I went there during lunch and not dinner. I have to say I was extremely disappointed… the service was very bad, my waiter was extremely rude the whole time, didn’t even bother to help me serve my pizza or pasta when I needed. Everytime I asked for something, I felt he was going to hit me and to end well everything, it took him 10min to get me the card machine when I was seeing it right next to me not being used (since I was next to the cashier) but he kept insisting it was being used then he brought the exact same one that wasn’t… the food was good as usual, except the pizza that arrived extremely cold

I go to Cipriani now for several years, overall good experience even if nothing to do with Harris Bar in Venice which remains superlative! A bit disappointed on service, prices and size of meals….. for the rest it’s Cirpiani Dxb as usual

The place looks very nice and super clean. Food was tasty and delicious, and the waiter are perfectly taking care of their costumers making sure nothing is missing. Pity for the girl who was working at the desk in the entrance who was probably in a terrible mood and when we entered the place looked at us badly and kind of annoyed for no reason..we don't like rudeness and we like to be welcome with a smile ; Italian Style! The rest of the staff was amazing, expecially Sergio, he made the experience unforgettable!

This was an ok dinner, but nothing like the hype surrounding it - or the price would suggest. The menu is good, but nothing really sophisticated. The quality of the food reflected this. The wine card is also good, but again lacks sophistication. What made the evening was the outstanding service. Great ambiance, a cool place to see and be seen. Lots of reasons to go - but a real foodie will go somewhere else.

The food is great if you don’t mind the blatant racism. Being seated at the back is fine but seating ALL the arabs in the back? I mean come on they don’t even make it subtle. They seated all of the arabs all the way in the back near the kitchen and there was not a SINGLE arab seated in the main floor. Not a single person wearing a kandoora or abaya being seated in the main floor. Segregation is weird isn’t it? I really didn’t expect this in my own country. It’s not like there were no seats in the main floor. We assumed that we were the only people being seated at the back and we might see some expats seated near us, but no, only arabs. All of my friends had the same experience over multiple nights. To be fair, this is a branch issue because the Dubai Mall branch doesn’t have this problem. I really hope whoever does the seating gets fired because this really shouldn’t be a problem that I am faced with in my OWN COUNTRY. It’s a shame because the food was actually great (except for the ribeye but the rest was good!) If you are an expat that wants to avoid arabs in an arabic country, then this place is GREAT for you. 😁 Will be warning any Emirati coming to this restaurant about this. Hope you get this sorted.

The tables were too low in relation to the chairs, the spotlight was above us, very aggressive light. It was a marathon as the waiters were in a hurry to serve everything to finish quickly. I felt really sick and I started sweating.

The food and service was excellent. My only complaint was the cost. We spent over $500.00 USD for two persons. One appetizer, two glasses of wine each, two entrees and one dessert.
