Cipriani holds itself to the highest standard in the hospitality business.We spent the summer at the Hotel in Venice —we never want to travel anywhere but there .The staff —-the service —the food —-the ambiance —-it’s an experience . Coming to this restaurant has all the same elements from when you arrive .They treat you like their oldest friend. And the food ——spectacular . The Dover sole and branzino rival the dishes of Europe. And who can beat that cake !!!! Can’t wait to return for Christmas !!

The food was unbelievable! We shared the rigatoni to start and then had the sea bass as my entree and my husband had the veal Milanese . Amazing food and generous portions!

Whilst we do like Cipriani and would return, there are a couple of recommendations. If you are tall, possibly on the heavy side or have knee issues, you may find their low dining chairs the most uncomfortable to ever come across. If you are a champagne lover you may hate their old-fashioned, tiny saucer champagne glasses, plus they are a burden on the service team since they don't hold much champagne. If I was the owner or General Manager of this restaurant, I would invest in some serious service refresher training. Was not impressed that on arrival, it was not recognized that the reservation was made for 4 persons and my commentary that our friends were coming shortly was ignored, which led to us being shown to an impossibly small table. The server was unable to share with us the name of the Chef. When we asked for fresh pepper, an unappealing small acrylic pepper mill was placed on the table with no offer to assist. Given the calibre of the guests and their impressive prices, I would expect more attentive and more personable service. With all of that said, we do like the restaurant, the setting and we like the food- we would just hope that they reconsider their dining chairs, and also, improved service standards. The chef and culinary team deserve a little more appreciation!

The food is delicious , pricey overall we liked it, but the attitude of the staff is awkward, they through my birthday cake on the table like I own then something, was really disappointing, not even singing or saying happy birthday, and no it was not busy, they just don’t want to make a step to the client and make them comfortable. A big minus to the staff

The place is extremely loud and feels like a street fair. The waitress rushes to kick you off the table - she took my plate before I had even finished. The table is small and tight with very uncomfortable chairs. And even though I made a reservation 1 month in advance, they accommodated me at a table with the most unfavorable view of the room. Lastly, food is normal, nothing special. It's simply not worth it.

We were there last night for a special occasion, it was wonderful to have our car valet. The service was excellent and the food was unbelievably delicious. The ice cream at the end was very very good. It was homemade. The cakes were not as good I think that they could have a better selection for example, a walnut chocolate cake, or pecan cake or Keylime pie I think would pear much better with their delicious ice cream. All in all we had a fantastic time. The people that go there were very friendly, and a very upscale young crowd.

Our entree’s took well over an hour to arrive after our shared appetizer. The staff offered us some tomato spread gratis because of the delay of the entrees. Other guests who had arrived after we did had been served and some even finished their entrees before we were served ours. I believe our waiter, Ruben, forgot to place the order.

Great good, is little bit overpriced but it was done to perfection so it was worth it. This was our 3rd time dining there and the only think that I did not like from the other times was that they closed the partition to make it smaller and it was a little crowded for my taste. You could overhear all other conversations.
