My martini was perfect and the hit fresh bread was amazing. The escargot was good but could have used a bit more garlic. The boeuf bourguignon was very good indeed. The porc calvados was okay but just a bit tough, although the gravy was marvelous. The entire restaurant is rather clattery like many small bistros are due to no sound baffles, a hex tile floor and tin ceilings. Our waitress Heather was cheerful and pleasant and provided prompt service without being intrusive. Overall a very positive experience and I’ll go back to try some of their other selections. I’m curious about their cassoulet and bouillabaisse.
