Entering the restaurant was similar to going into an airport terminal – complete chaos. A man on the door who an are you appeared to be some kind of bouncer enquired to whether we had a table booked – we did. We then waited and waited Yes,. We were eventually sat down and after half an hour, someone took our orders. The food was okay the noise levels and ambulance terrible and the service variable. First server-are young lady and I think was Italian was borderline rude. The other servers varied. Won’t be coming back.

Our service was impeccable. Our waitress and sommelier were very pleasant. The food was wonderful and we had a lovely window table. Cecconi’s is always outstanding.

The food is excellent. The service is fantastic. I come to London two to three times a year from Los Angeles traveling the world for work the best server I have had is located at this restaurant. Please see Marcello Santos he will treat you like you are family.

The food was very good and full of taste. While the aircon was a little too fierce, it wasn’t noticeable once it started to fill up. Although at that point it was becoming hard to have a conversation without being overly loud.

Lovely venue but this was a business meeting and the staff interrupted us 1 hr and 15 minutes into my booking to say they needed the table back. We asked for 15 minutes and they refused. We were not walk ins, we booked. I won’t be using the venue again as a result.

Breakfast; I asked more bread cus I was eating eggs and bacon but took so long that I finish my meal with out it, and they forgot my pancakes, I was waiting until I decide to cancel it they offer the pancakes but I didn’t wanna to eat anymore. Terrible service.

Had excellent breakfast with family on a Saturday morning. Great choice menu and food was lovely and reasonably priced. Staff were also great and attentive. Would definitely book again when in London and probably try their lunch or dinner menus. Highly recommended.

They gave me an awful table at the back even without a table cloth. Felt I was in a cafe. I asked to move tables, something I very rarely do in a restaurant, and then everything was back to C's normal very very good standard.

Service at the table was outstanding. Food, as always, perfect. Cecconi´s is my favorite italian restaurant in the world, outside of Italy. Obligated stop when visiting London. The hostess at the door is not very friendly. Though I got seated on time when we arrived, at the correct reservation time, she could be nicer. We had an unpleasant situation with a different hostess a few days back, we walked in to reserve a table in person, and were not treated properly. She was rude, so we walked out without a reservation. Apart from this, we love Cecconi´s

Possibly the worst breakfast I have had in London, especially for the price. Its all insta friendly yadda yadda but the quality of the food was poor. My pancakes with maple syrup looked more like waffles and were stodgy to say the least. I suspect the maple syrup was not authentic and the side of bacon seemed deep fried. Also ordered a juice for £6, expecting someone to make it.. 30 secs later a bottle of green liquid was thumped down on the table! A bottle of juice for £6... Totally unacceptable for such a place... expensive and poor. Somewhere to be seen, I guess?
