   Personally I think the casa tua in other Miami location is better. Our service was very little energy and took forever to get our menu and then rushed to fast to get all food out. Beef carpaccio was shaved to thick and no sauce olive oil ect. Olive oil should be at every table for a Italian restaurant personally.

   I really really wanted to love this place. It’s gorgeous. My wife and I were considering hosting our 20yr anniversary dinner here at Casa Tua. Unfortunately, the restaurant did not live up to our hopes. The apps we ordered were tiny interpretations of come classics that fell a little flat on flavor. Truffle Poach Egg, Beef Carpaccio, salmon bites. The menu may have called them something different. They were good, not great. Two huge bread baskets arrived, no oil no butter, just bread and bread sticks. Pastas were okay. We ordered a few different pastas…bolognaise, cacio à pépé, a mushroom pasta. Not one person in our table of 8 was wowed. And at $40 for a small bowl of pasta, I was expecting to be wowed. I was nowhere near wowed. The deserts were delicious. The Casa Tua donuts were delicious, as was the tiramisu. The staff overall was very stuffy and came off cold. From walking in and being completely ignored to the staff seeming bothered by having to take us to our table. One of our guests had something fall on them from the tree above. We’re still not sure what it was, but it seemed like an animal because after hitting him in he face, leaving a small linear pattern of scratches, nothing was on the ground nearby. The staff seemed unbothered by the event and said, “what do you want me to do” and through his hands up. Would I recommend? Sure, it’s a stunningly beautiful restaurants. But go for the ambiance, not the food. We sat in the south garden by the entrance. The noise was considerable with cars and motorcycles seemed very close and sometimes uncomfortably loud right behind us. I don’t think we will be back and have eliminated Casa Tua from our list of potential venues for our anniversary dinner with 50+ friends and family.

   Casa Tua is a hidden gem, completely enclosed by greenery, with the most beautiful garden, and lovely interior rooms as well. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the service was perfect - not overbearing but always there when you need them to refresh drinks or clear plates. The food was flawless; the carpaccio and prosciutto/mozzarella appetizers were excellent and the branzino entree was fresh and cooked perfectly. I got the Casa Tua cocktail and the Casa Tua donuts, both of which I’m craving again today! It was a beautiful setting for an amazing, special meal.

    The service from beginning to end is spettacolare! The decor of the mansion and the garden is gorgeous. Can’t go wrong with any of the apps or entrees but we loved the veal.

    Overall a super weird and disappointing experience. I’ve never experienced such terrible service at a restaurant ever, until now. Me friend and I ordered our food at the same time, she said “I’ll have the salmon” and when it came my turn to order I asked the waiter which pasta he liked best from two options I was trying to decide between, to which I ended up picking the one he favored. Maybe like 20-25 minutes pass by and my friend receives her food, she wanted to wait for me to receive mine, but I told her to begin as I was sure it would be coming up in no time. After 35-40 minutes of just watching her eat without having my meal they finally come with my food…she was already done with her food and mind you she was eating very very slow. And when they come, they bring both pastas? I’m not sure if there was a miscommunication and he thought I might have ordered both? But they just ended up taking back the one I didn’t order. So now my friend has to watch me eat, and it’s just the weirdest experience because we’ve never had to ‘take turns’ eating. After like another half hour of finishing my meal, we had to get the waiters attention because he hadn’t even come around to ask if everything was alright, if we needed our drinks to be refilled, or if we needed anything else (there was only 3 other parties around us, so I can’t even say he must have felt overwhelmed). After getting my check, I was astounded with the bill. There was an extra $15 service charge (which they most definitely weren’t gonna get) and an extra $10 charge that I didn’t know what it was for, and after asking, they told me it was water??? At the begging when they asked me if I wanted anything to drink in the meantime while waiting on my friend, I said some water would be good…didn’t even ask what type of water, which I was alright with because I’m ok with tap water. This was the first and hopefully the only time I’ve had to call over a manager, which I had to ask for through 2 people?

    Unbelievable experience, it was amazing!! The atmosphere cannot be beat- so incredible! The drinks, casa tau, the misty salad the truffle fettuccine- unreal! Loved every moment and will be back next time in Miami!

    We got put outside after 40min of waiting, and it was windy+rainy. They didn't have space for us indoors and told us we'd have to wait another 20min for that. Food itself was just OK and the restaurant is extremely expensive. They did nothing to assuage our concerns of waiting for so long *and* getting sat outside. I was expecting better customer service.

    The setting is exceptional! This is the best thing I can say. The food was fine but nothing special for the ridiculously high prices. Do not order wine or dessert without looking at the menu as the prices are crazy. We ordered pistachio ice cream and it was $25. We were expecting a scoop, not an gelato tower! We ordered a glass of Pinot Noir and they brought us one that was $45. I’m sure they had cheaper ones but since we didn’t specify they gave us an expensive one. We had to ask the wait staff to clear our table, even though he was standing right next to us, and saw that we had been finished for 10 minutes. And when we asked to have leftovers boxed up, the bag they gave us included someone else’s leftovers. We were there for our anniversary and were both very disappointed with Casa Tua. We will not return there.

    Wow .. where to begin ? Made a reservation 4 weeks ago asked specifically for outside for 6:30 .. right early bird special time frame because I was told go early to get outside . Arrived on time told and was told Outside was “first come first serve “ for outside at 6pm … was seated at table next to a toddler placed in front of a iPad and infant in a high chair at the most congested area of restaurant after asking to be moved outdoors or to a quiet spot was told no other tables open which was rude and untrue as there were 4 plus tables outside available . Also dress code .. T-shirt’s on gentlemen dresses that were close to bathing suite coverups … not sure why this was allowed . Tried hard to move past the minimal customer service but fresh burrata was on par with Publix and had to ask for fresh pepper twice . My husband had filet which was good but over salted . one glass of wine one Moscow mule burrata and stake dinner $230 … please with high chairs and T-shirts crowd ? Waiter did try to make the evening better so kudos to him .. the best part of the evening was leaving ..

    restaurant is beautiful with beautiful garden dining available. it was our anniversary and the table was very festively set up with rose petals. Food was good, but regular to us because in NYC area were used to fabulous food. in all its a very good restaurant

    They spill the beverage in my hair and jacket and no one cares,just one server in the whole outside area , food arrived 2 hours after we order and too long to bring the beverages . The whole experience was not pleasure .

    Beautiful, romantic venue. Pasta with mushrooms was very good, veal parmigiana was delicious (but $100), branding was tender and poulet noir was surprisingly tasty. Bobby was a friendly, knowledgeable and attentive server. Bottom line was that it was a worthwhile splurge.

    The server charged us for a bottle of sparkling water when didn’t have and i realized till after we left. We tried so many times to get the server attention when we wanted the bill and it was as if he was purposely ignoring us. The food was amazing but i would reconsider coming back just for the lack of service we got.

    Phenomenal experience. The vibe, decor, staff, food and beverage were outstanding. We noted it was out anniversary and our server kindly congratulated us and the table was sprinkled with rose petals which was such a lovely romantic touch. The tuna tartare, cacio & pepe and Bolognese are a must order. The tiramisu was super light and delicious. Can't wait to try other Casa Tua locations!
